<tc>Returns policy</tc>

Foreword:

Our policy lasts for 30 days. Unfortunately, if 30 days have passed since we received your order, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It should also preferably be in the original packaging.

The above admission will be different if your item is defective or damaged on receipt of the parcel, in which case, please follow the procedure stated in the exchanges section (below).

Section 1 - Refunds (if applicable):

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an e-mail to inform you that we have received your returned item. We will also inform you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

If your refund is approved, it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain period of time.

Section 2 - Late or missing refunds (if applicable) :

If you have not yet received a refund, check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially published.

Then contact your bank. There is often processing time before a refund is posted.

If you have followed this procedure and still have not received your refund, please contact us via the "Help & Contact" page.

Section 3 - Sale Items (if applicable):

Only regular priced items can be refunded, unfortunately, items on sale cannot be refunded.

Section 4 - Exchange (if applicable):

We will only replace items if they are defective and/or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same one, please send us an e-mail via the "Return my order" page.

In this e-mail, please include the order number (or a copy of the invoice) and proof (a photo or video of the defective and/or damaged items) and send your item to the address stated on the packaging of your parcel.

Section 5 - Delivery:

To return your item, you must contact us via the "Return my order" page.

GARBELLE will bear the return shipping costs.
