Returns Policy

Preamble :

Our policy lasts 60 days. If 60 days have passed since you received your order, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It should also preferably be in the original packaging.

The previously stated eligibility will be different if your item is defective or damaged upon receipt of the package; in this case, please follow the procedure described in the section regarding exchanges (below).

 

Section 1 - Refunds (if applicable) :

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or your original method of payment, within a certain period.

 

Section 2 - Late or missing refunds (if applicable) :

If you have not yet received a refund, please check your bank account again.

Then, contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you have done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us via the "Help & Contact " page.

 

Section 3 - Sale items (if applicable) :

Only regular-priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

 

Section 4 - Exchange (if applicable) :

We only replace items if they are defective and/or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please send us an email via the "Return my order" page.

In this email, we invite you to attach the order number (or a copy of the invoice) and proof (a photo or video of the defective and/or damaged items) and send your item to the address indicated on your package's packaging. 

 

Section 5 - Delivery :

To return your item, you must contact us via the "Return my order" page. Return fees, at the customer's expense, will be deducted from the refunded amount.
