Garbelle pen cases and tech organizers keep a fountain pen, a charger and a set of cables in the same full-grain leather as the bag. Three pen cases hold 1, 3 or 4 pens, and 2 organizers gather cables and adapters behind elastic loops. Each piece sits on the desk between two trips and slips into the briefcase on the morning of a departure.

Which Garbelle pen case fits one fountain pen, and which one a full set?

The Pen Case – Single protects one pen in a flat sleeve of 17 × 3.5 cm (6.7 × 1.4 in) and 28 g (1 oz). A brass snap closes it, and it stays thin enough for the inside pocket of a jacket. For 3 pens, the triple case opens on a removable tray behind a magnetic flap. The Pen Pouch holds 4 pens between built-in dividers behind a brass zip, so the pens do not knock against each other.

All three are lined with natural suede, which keeps a lacquered barrel free of scratches. Each leather pen case fits in the front pocket of a Garbelle briefcase, ready for the signature at the end of a meeting.

What goes into a leather tech organizer?

A tech organizer holds the cables, chargers and adapters that otherwise end up loose in the bag. The Tech Organizer – Pouch Model measures 22 × 14 × 7 cm (8.7 × 5.5 × 2.8 in) and weighs 400 g (14.1 oz), with elastic loops over a microfiber lining. Its sleeve counterpart is slightly smaller at 20.5 × 12.5 × 6 cm (8.1 × 4.9 × 2.4 in), in grained full-grain leather. Both close with a brass zip and carry a wrist strap for the walk between two meeting rooms.

Why choose leather for the desk?

Leather takes on a patina with handling, where a synthetic case wears out. Garbelle uses full-grain waxed cowhide for the pen cases and the pouch organizer, and grained full-grain cowhide for the sleeve organizer, both with brass fittings. Each piece is covered by a 10-year warranty against manufacturing defects. The Cognac and Havane colors match the Garbelle briefcases and backpacks, so the desk and the bag share the same hide.
