Dimensions and materials

Do the bags comply with carry-on luggage dimensions?

Yes, the sizes of our bags comply with the carry-on luggage dimensions allowed by all airlines.

What material are the bags made from and are they waterproof?

Our bags are made from durable, water-resistant materials:

  • AUGUSTE model: 100% synthetic leather
  • GASPARD model: 100% synthetic leather
  • LEONARD model: 100% genuine leather
  • OSCAR model: 100% genuine leather

Order and payment

What methods of payment do you accept?

We accept payment by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) and secure payment via PayPal.

Yes, we offer instalment options in partnership with Klarna. You can find out more about these options during the checkout process.

How can I cancel my order and get a refund?

If you wish to cancel your order and get a refund, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, taking into account the stage of the order. Please see our returns policy for more information.

Shipping and delivery

What are the delivery times?

We deliver anywhere in the world and our delivery times vary according to your geographical area. In general, deliveries take between 7 and 10 working days.

What are the delivery costs?

Our delivery charges are free for orders over £160/$160.

Can I track my order online?

Yes, once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number by e-mail. You can use this tracking number to follow the progress of your delivery online on our Order Tracking page.

What should I do if I am not at home when my order is delivered?

If you are not at home when your order is delivered, the carrier will usually leave a delivery notice with instructions on how to collect your parcel. You can also contact the carrier to arrange a new delivery or a collection from the nearest collection point.

Returns and refunds

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please complete our returns form within 30 days of receiving your order and we will refund or exchange your item in accordance with our returns policy.

Items returned must be in their original, unused condition and include all accessories and original packaging. 

Who pays the return costs?

GARBELLE will bear the return costs. Please see our returns policy for more details.

How long does it take to process a refund?

Once we have received your return, we generally process refunds within 5-7 working days. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your payment method.

What if a defect appears in several years' time?

Our bags are guaranteed for life. If a manufacturing defect or quality problem occurs in the next few years, we will repair or replace your bag at no extra charge.
