Yes, the sizes of our bags comply with the carry-on luggage dimensions allowed by all airlines.

Can I track my order online?

What should I do if I am not at home when my order is delivered?

If you are not at home when your order is delivered, the carrier will usually leave a delivery notice with instructions on how to collect your parcel. You can also contact the carrier to arrange a new delivery or a collection from the nearest collection point.

Returns and refunds

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please complete our returns form within 30 days of receiving your order and we will refund or exchange your item in accordance with our returns policy.

Items returned must be in their original, unused condition and include all accessories and original packaging. 

Who pays the return costs?

The return costs, which are payable by the customer, will be deducted from the amount refunded. Please see our returns policy for more details.

How long does it take to process a refund?

Once we have received your return, we generally process refunds within 5-7 working days. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your payment method.

What if a defect appears in several years' time?

Our commitment: to give you total peace of mind for 10 years.

If a manufacturing defect or quality issue arises during this period, we will replace your bag at no extra charge.
