Do the bags respect the dimensions authorized in the cabin?

Yes, the sizes of our bags comply with the dimensions authorized in the cabin by all airlines.

What material are the bags made of and are they waterproof?

Our bags are made from durable, water-resistant materials:

  • AUGUSTE model: 100% vegan leather
  • LEONARD model: 100% genuine leather

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payments by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) as well as secure payments via PayPal.

Can I pay for my order in several installments?

How can I cancel my order and get a refund?

Shipping & delivery

What are the delivery times ?

We deliver worldwide, and our delivery times vary depending on your geographical area. Generally, deliveries take between 7 to 10 business days.

What are the shipping fees ?

Our delivery costs are free for purchases over €150.

Can I track my order online?

Yes, once your order has been shipped you will receive a tracking number by email. You can use this tracking number to follow the progress of your delivery online on our page Order tracking.

What should I do if I am not present during delivery?

If you are not present during delivery, the carrier will generally leave a delivery notice with instructions for collecting your package. You can also contact the carrier to arrange a new delivery or arrange collection from a nearby relay point.

Return and refund

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please complete our return form within 30 days of receipt of your order and we will refund or exchange your item according to our return policies.

Returned items must be in their original condition, unused and accompanied by all original accessories and packaging.

How long does it take to process a refund?

Once we receive your return, we typically process refunds within 5-7 business days. Please note that processing time may vary depending on your payment method.

And what if a defect appears in several years ?

Our bags come with a lifetime guarantee. If a manufacturing defect or a quality-related issue arises in the upcoming years, we will repair or replace your bag at no additional cost.
